HONESTY, INTEGRITY, EXPERIENCE,
AND A DEDICATION TO EXCELLENCE
Paul P. Moreschi is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and Chicago-Kent College of Law. He is a former Assistant State's Attorney, and has, during the greater than 25 year period since leaving the prosecutor's office, concentrated his practice in the area of felony and misdemeanor criminal defense. He is a former member of the DuPage County Sex Offender Management Board. He has experience in complex and serious cases including first degree murder, sex offenses, and financial crimes. He also has significant experience in DUI and traffic defense, defending clients charged with those offenses nearly every day. For as long as he has practiced law, he has either prosecuted or defended criminal and traffic cases. He consistently practices in the Illinois Counties of DuPage, Cook, Kane, Kendall, DeKalb, Lake, and Will, and is in courtrooms defending his clients every day, most days including litigation on pre-trial or post-trial motions, and bench or jury trials.
THE SECRET OF OUR SUCCESS:
Honesty, Integrity, Experience and a dedication to Excellence. Over 25 years of daily court proceedings on criminal and traffic matters has built a wealth of experience which will be put to work for you. Paul will take the time to understand your case and all surrounding circumstances, and will then honestly evaluate your case and educate you so that you fully understand every alternative available to you. Should your case proceed to trial, it is reassuring to know that a well trained, experienced and highly recognized litigator will be at your side, presenting your case to a judge or jury. Our experienced staff genuinely cares about each of our clients and will provide you with the best of support for all of your legal needs.
OTHER AREAS OF LAW:
We share a suite of offices with other excellent attorneys, all former prosecutors and therefore trained litigators, some of whom concentrate practices in other areas of law including personal injury and medical malpractice prosecution, family law, and Secretary of State driver's license related administrative hearings. We have close colleagues concentrating practices in virtually every area of the law.
