LINKS REGARDING ALCOHOL & DRUG EVALUATIONS
Under current Illinois law, if you are or have been found guilty of DUI, you must obtain and submit to the court an Alcohol & Drug Alcohol Evaluation Uniform Report at the time of your sentencing hearing. In the Counties of Kane, Kendall, Dekalb and Will, the evaluation may be completed by any licensed alcohol treatment facility or professional. However, in the Counties of Cook, DuPage and Lake, the evaluation must be completed only through a specified governmental agency. Click on the links below to obtain important information regarding the manner in which you may schedule and the requirements to conduct an Alcohol & Drug Evaluation in the Counties of Cook, DuPage and Lake. It is our strong recommendation that you contact Paul P. Moreschi prior to conducting your Alcohol & Drug Evaluation in order to discuss the evaluation process in great detail.
